Giget.ai charges sellers a 10% commission on completed orders — one of the lowest in the industry. Buyers pay zero platform fees. For a $100 order, the seller receives $90 and Giget.ai keeps $10.

When you place an order, your payment is held by Stripe in escrow. The seller only receives the money after you confirm the work is complete and satisfactory. If you're not happy, open a dispute before approving — our moderation team will review and make a fair decision.

Once the buyer approves the completed work, funds are released from escrow to the seller's connected Stripe account. Sellers need to complete a quick Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts directly to their bank account.
