All buyer payments are held in Stripe escrow until the buyer confirms the work is complete. Sellers can't access funds early.

If something goes wrong, open a dispute before approving. Our moderation team reviews evidence from both sides and makes a fair ruling.
Identity Verification
Users can verify their identity to build trust. Verified badges are displayed on profiles and listings.
Reviews & Ratings
Both buyers and sellers can leave reviews after each order. Ratings are public and help the community make informed decisions.
Report & Remove
Any user can report abusive listings, accounts, or messages. Our team reviews reports within 24–48 hours.
Fraud Detection
Automated systems monitor for suspicious activity, fake accounts, and payment fraud. Accounts are flagged and reviewed automatically.
Community Standards
To keep Giget.ai a safe and trusted marketplace, all users must follow these rules:
No Fraudulent Listings
All services must be real, deliverable, and accurately described. Misrepresentation or scam listings will result in immediate account removal.
No Harassment or Abuse
Treat all users with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.
No Intellectual Property Violations
Do not offer services that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
No Circumventing the Platform
Transactions must be completed through Giget.ai. Attempting to move payments off-platform violates our Terms of Service and removes all protections.
